The production process of sinbosen professional line array speakers encompasses meticulous design and planning, manufacturing high-quality loudspeaker units, precision crafting and assembly of robust cabinets, accurate driver installation, circuit design and wiring, followed by sound tuning, performance testing, and professional packaging, ensuring each step meets high standards to achieve exceptional audio performance and durability.

How are loudspeakers produced?

1. Assemble the magnetic circuit system: The magnetic circuit system is an important part of the speaker, which includes T-Yoke, magnets, and washers. During the assembly process, attention needs to be paid to the fit clearance and the correct installation of the magnets to ensure uniform distribution of the magnetic field.
2. Assemble the vibration system: The vibration system includes voice coil, spider, and paper cone. The voice coil is a key component that converts electrical signals into sound signals. When assembling, it is necessary to ensure that the position of the voice coil is accurate, the size of the spider conforms to the drawing requirements, and the voice coil and spider cooperate well.
3. Assembly auxiliary system: The auxiliary system includes the basin frame, terminal blocks, leads, edge crimping and dust caps, etc. Although these components are not directly involved in the production of sound, they are crucial to the overall performance and stability of the speaker.
4. Testing and debugging: After completing the assembly, the speaker needs to be tested and debugged to ensure that its various performance indicators meet the standards. This includes testing parameters such as speaker sensitivity, frequency response, distortion, etc.

Speaker cabinet production process

1.Design: First of all, the speaker needs to be designed. The designer carries out structural design and appearance design based on the customer's needs and the characteristics of the audio equipment, taking into account factors such as the speaker's internal space, material selection, and acoustic characteristics.
2.Cutting: Cut the selected materials according to the design drawings, including front panels, rear panels and side panels.
3.Sand the edges: Sand the cut edges to make sure they are smooth.
4.Box assembly: Assemble the processed parts and use white latex or other suitable adhesives to ensure the sealing and firmness of the box.
5.Back plate processing: Process the back plate to complete the closure of the box.
6.Cabinet polishing: Polish the cabinet carefully, gradually from coarse to fine, until the surface is smooth.
7.Spray painting: Apply primer (varnish) first to ensure that the dust in the box is clean to avoid affecting the performance of the speaker. Then spray a layer of polyurea paint or other paint and let it dry.

How to assemble the speakers?

1.Installation: Install internal components such as circuit boards and amplifier boards to ensure sound quality and functionality.
2.Filling sound-absorbing materials: According to the speaker design, add appropriate sound-absorbing materials, such as ultra-fine glass wool, slag wool, etc., to control the Q value of the speaker and reduce box vibration.
3.Speaker unit installation: Install the speaker unit and use rubber gaskets to isolate the transmission of harmful vibrations.
4.Wiring: Pay attention to the positive and negative polarity of the unit and crossover, and solder them firmly to avoid weak soldering or desoldering.
5.Inspection and testing: Determine whether all functions of the speaker are working properly, including connectivity, operability, etc.
6.Packing: According to customer requirements, the speakers are packed in cartons/flight boxes/iron cars to protect them from damage during transportation.
