The electromagnetic vibration test machine is suitable for vertical and horizontal vibration tests on electronics, furniture, toys, gifts, ceramics, packaging and other products. The samples are tested and evaluated for product quality after destructive testing using this electromagnetic vibration table.
The purpose of using electromagnetic vibration table:
1. Strength of structure.
2. Loosening of bonding.
3. Wear of protective materials.
4. Damage of parts.
5. Poor contact of electronic components.
6. Short circuit and intermittent instability.
7. Deviation of standard values of each part.
8. Screening of defective parts in advance.
9. Finding the resonance relationship between parts, structure, packaging and transportation process.
Sinbosen uses electromagnetic vibration test machines for amplifier testing. Electromagnetic vibration test machines can comprehensively test the performance of amplifiers in vibration environments to ensure that professional amplifiers can work stably and reliably under various vibration conditions. This is of great significance to the design, production and use of professional amplifiers, and improves the quality and reliability of Sinbosen amplifiers.
Simulation of real environment: The electromagnetic vibration test bench can simulate the vibration environment of the amplifier in different scenarios, such as vibration during transportation, vibration during use, etc., to detect the reliability and stability of the amplifier in actual use.
Vibration response test: By performing vibration tests on the electromagnetic vibration test bench, the vibration response performance of the amplifier can be evaluated, including the vibration frequency range, amplitude response, etc., to ensure that the amplifier can still work normally in a vibration environment.
Fault diagnosis: By performing vibration tests on the amplifier on the electromagnetic vibration test bench, possible faults that may occur in a vibration environment can be simulated to help engineers and technicians diagnose and solve the fault problems of the amplifier in a vibration environment.
Reliability test: By conducting a persistent vibration test on an electromagnetic vibration test bench, the durability and reliability of the amplifier can be evaluated to determine its performance and life in a long-term vibration environment.
In addition, the Sinbosen DS/FP amplifier also has high temperature protection function test, high frequency function test, short circuit function test, and aging test.
The high temperature protection function test is used to evaluate the protection ability of the power amplifier in a high temperature environment, ensuring that the power supply can be cut off in time when the temperature of the power amplifier is too high, avoiding damage to the circuits and components, and protecting the safety and reliability of the power amplifier. High temperature measurement points are available on each output channel and power supply of the FP series power amplifier. If the preset temperature level is exceeded, these indicator lights will issue an overheating warning. This warning is indicated by the flashing TEM indicator on the front panel.
The high frequency function test is used to verify the processing capability and reaction speed of the power amplifier to high frequency signals, ensuring that the power amplifier can stably output clear high frequency audio when high frequency signals are input, avoiding distortion and loss of signal quality, and ensuring high fidelity of the sound effect.
All FP series amplifiers have protection circuits to detect continuous VHF content of the input signal. If a VHF signal is detected, the input will decay for 6 seconds before retesting. Once a continuous VHF signal is no longer detected, the output will stop decaying and return to normal operation.
The short-circuit function test is used to detect the protection mechanism and response capability of the power amplifier output port in the event of a short circuit, ensuring that the power amplifier can cut off the power supply in time when the output port is short-circuited, avoiding damage to the circuit and protecting external devices such as speakers, thereby protecting the safety of the power amplifier and peripheral equipment.
The aging test is used to simulate the aging of the power amplifier under long-term use or specific working conditions, and to detect whether the performance indicators of the power amplifier, such as output power, distortion rate, signal-to-noise ratio, etc., have changed. Each Sinbosen power amplifier undergoes an aging test of about 8 hours to ensure that each power amplifier can leave the factory in the best condition!
